How is a project scoped and priced?

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call and a fixed-scope proposal, so you know the deliverable, the timeline and the number before anything starts.

Do you take retainer work or only projects?

Both. Most clients start with a scoped build, then move to a light monthly retainer for monitoring, changes and new reports. Others take full ownership after training. Your call.

How fast is the first delivery?

You see working output in week two and a first production-ready report in about four to six weeks, depending on how clean the source data is. Weekly demos in your own tenant throughout.

Which systems can you pull data from?

Salesforce, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SQL Server, Google Analytics, Meta and Google Ads, plus most REST APIs and flat-file exports. If it has data, we can usually reach it.

Do you work with US clients from Canada?

Yes. Analytis is a US and Canadian group and delivers to clients across North America, Europe and Australia, remotely or on-site when the project calls for it.

What languages do you work in?

We work fluently in English, French and Spanish, so your team can be onboarded, trained and supported in whichever language is most comfortable for them.

Who owns the reports and data once the project ends?

You do. Every model, dashboard and pipeline is built in your own tenant under your license, and we hand over full documentation and admin access at the end of every engagement.

How do you handle data security and access?

We follow the security model already built into Power BI, Fabric and Azure: row-level security, least-privilege access, and no data ever leaves your tenant unless you ask us to move it there.

Do you work with our existing IT or data team?

Yes, and we prefer it. We typically pair with your internal team from day one so knowledge transfers naturally, rather than leaving you dependent on us after launch.

It depends on the engagement. Most projects are billed hourly, though a fixed-price scope is available when the work is well-defined. Exact pricing depends on data complexity and the number of reports or apps involved. We can give you a real number after the discovery call.

What if we do not have clean data yet?

That is the normal starting point, not a blocker. Part of our process is assessing, cleaning and validating your data before any dashboard is built on top of it.
